Our young people at a photography exchange in Austria
Our young people joined peers from different countries to explore photography and digital skills at an Erasmus+ youth exchange in Austria on 18–26 October 2022.
Our young people took part in Participatory Photography for Youth, an Erasmus+ youth exchange held in Lackenhof am Ötscher, Austria, on 18–26 October 2022. Coordinated by CercleLibre, the programme welcomed our group with Dr. Bülent Ayhan as group leader.
The exchange brought together young people from different countries, with photography, photo editing and digital storytelling among its main learning themes. It aimed to help participants use photographs to share their perspectives and tell stories about issues that mattered to them.
Participants explored a range of tools and platforms through activities designed to develop their digital skills. After getting to know each other, they discussed the 11 European Youth Goals.
Using photography as a shared means of expression, the programme encouraged young people to reflect together on sustainability, the environment and participation in society. Our young people had the opportunity to meet peers from different cultures and learn together.
