Between 2018 and 2021, we collaborated with partners from Slovakia, Czechia, Italy, Greece, Romania, and Turkey to develop an entrepreneurship training program, training materials, and a 3D virtual training game to support young entrepreneurs and help them enter business life with confidence. The main goal of Biz4Fun was to enhance the competitiveness of young people in the job market, particularly those with little experience. Many young individuals have innovative business ideas, yet they struggle to implement them due to a lack of financial resources, knowledge, or confidence. Through this project, we developed: A course curriculum aimed at improving entrepreneurial competencies. The Biz4Fun multimedia platform, which includes educational materials (OERs) and an interactive 3D social game where users can experience business scenarios. A handbook for the Biz4Fun Social Game, providing guidance on using the game as an educational tool. As part of the project, Naturelder conducted a pilot event to test the 3D entrepreneurship game, engaging young participants and academics. The event attracted approximately 35 participants, and the feedback was used to refine the game further. Biz4Fun was funded by Erasmus+ KA202, with the support of the Slovak National Agency under the project number 2018-1-SK01-KA202-046271.
