A training programme, open educational resources and a 3D learning game to help young people develop entrepreneurship skills and prepare for working life.

Between 2018 and 2021, we collaborated with partners from Slovakia, Czechia, Italy, Greece, Romania, and Turkey to develop an entrepreneurship training program, training materials, and a 3D virtual training game to support young entrepreneurs and help them enter business life with confidence.

The main goal of Biz4Fun was to enhance the competitiveness of young people in the job market, particularly those with little experience. Many young individuals have innovative business ideas, yet they struggle to implement them due to a lack of financial resources, knowledge, or confidence.

## Learning resources and the digital game

- **Course curriculum and content:** A programme covering 10 topics, including entrepreneurship, business opportunities, business models and plans, collaborative tools, marketing, digital marketing, finance and human resource management.
- **Learning scenarios:** Activities, learning objectives and practical instructions showing how to explore the course topics in the 3D virtual world.
- **3D virtual world and social game:** A digital learning environment combining open educational resources with interactive business start-up scenarios.
- **Social game handbook:** Guidance on game-based learning, learning scenarios, pilot activities and using the game as an educational tool.

As part of the project, Naturelder conducted a pilot event to test the 3D entrepreneurship game, engaging young participants and academics. The event attracted approximately 35 participants, and the feedback was used to refine the game further.

Biz4Fun was funded by Erasmus+ KA202, with the support of the Slovak National Agency under the project number 2018-1-SK01-KA202-046271.
